Sorry, I now recognise the trouble you guys go through to help us... The steps I've taken where do I start? I have gone to housecall.trendmicro.com did the full scan and its picked up viruses, I have done countless Ad-Aware scans, Scanned with Norton Antivirus 2003 (SUCKS) I need 2005, and thats about it I have done hijackthis scans but you guys are just getting to me soo yeah.

Well, I know when something is wrong with my computer cause it gets really slow and my computer is decent other than the video card. Sometimes the computer will lock up or go into safe mode. When I press ctrl,alt,delete my task bar comes up like normal but I can't switch to Processes its stuck in applications and it doesn't even show the bar that lets you switch it to processes or users etc...

For your Task Manager, it sounds like you are in Tiny Footprint mode. Just double click on the border and it should return to normal.

Now let's see if you have anything malicious.

Please run Panda Online Virus Scan

• Make sure it is set to clean automatically.
• There may be files that this scan will not remove.
• Please include that information in your next post.

Reboot and post a new hijackthis log and the info from your virus scan.
