What happened? Today I was surfing the net and got a "Dr Watsons Postmorten Debugger" Not responding error, I also noticed a dramatic change in my systems speed. This worried me so I got onto google and searched for removal tips and here I am now.
From all other posts I have read I noticed the use of hijackthis and posting the log, which I have downloaded and posted the log bellow.

All help is greatly appreciated
P.S. I don’t understand how this "Dr Watsons Postmortem Debugger" could have found its way onto my pc. I do regular system scans and keep up to date with windows patches.
