HiJackThis crashes! :(

I need help! When my sister runs HiJackThis, it crashes, and so she isn't able to scan and save a log.

Is this crashing due to hardware issues, or could it be spyware making it crash?

I never heard of hijackthis crashing before, so this is a first for me.


Any help would be greatly appreciated!
