Now initialize error in pc cillin

hi, when i try to launch the pc cillin software, there is an error found in the icon of pc cillin, saying NOW INITIALIZE, i cannot do anything on the software. i attached here the system info, for u to look if this is a result of conflicting software.

no information found on the trendmicro site, please help.

have you tried uninstalling pc chillin? the log file only shows that outlook crashed.
