I have tried every way I could using their help line. It's a big headache. I can't find a solution. FB help line is useless.

Apparently the same has happened to other Facebook users.

 

can't use the Meta Help hot line as I am not a developer or a FB business user.

 

Problem: Restricted acccount. It's always xx.. hours Temporary limitations that  get renewed on and on endlessly when they expire.

 

My account status shows clean with no restrictions.

 

Every  time a restriction ends, a new restriction comes up. Can't write posts. can't show my appreciation for other group members posts.

 

I am mainly using Facebook for interest groups. FB Messenger is working as normal.

 

How to fix this? I have no idea. I've had this Facebook account since forever.

Thank you very much for your insight. I am replying a bit late.

I am not seeing any reasons for my account getting these constant restrictions. I am trying to report them. It's impossible.

I've tried every single possible way. Can't submit. The feature won't work.

 

Tried it from different browsers, Firefox, Pale Moon, updated to the latest. Nothing is changing. It can't be my IP. Every other website works 5/5.

This is on PC. A good Lenovo Thinkpad with 8 G memory. Strong clean machine. Software updated. Windows up to date. No malware or viruses.

 

The bug comes from Facebook itself. I've had this FB account for years. Never had this happen ever. Now it has become a bugger.

I am not going to start a new account I would lose too much after all the years, the contacts, the user groups. No way.

 

To be honest. i don't understand.

I can't contact anyone any tech I am not a developer. The help line is useless. Tried it all. useless.

What to do I don't know. Where can I look? Search engines got me no solutions.

 

Any ideas or suggestions to put the thing back together and working will be most welcome.
