Why Does my Outlook Email keep freezing

No the outlook is not too big - I deleted a ton of mail from it already. It keeps not working by just stoppping and freezing. Restores do not do it, nor do scan show anything. Its like it got corrputed and now will not work...

HElp - I am stuck

This may apply to you. Hope it helps, though you didn't say which OS or version of Outlook you are running.

I also read this on a site:
Perform an Outlook repair. Two methods to accomplish this are available. Go to Outlook and select 'Help | Detect and Repair', or insert the Microsoft Office CD and select to repair Outlook. Of the two methods to repair Outlook, the Office CD repair is slightly more thorough.
