You can make a new bootdisk yourself. If you still have a running version of Windows(95 or 98) then you can follow these steps to make a new one.What you will need:
1) A floppy disk(Blank)
2) A Windows(95 or 98) disk depending on the verison of Windows that is installed
Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs
A window will popup with a list of all the software installed in the computer. At the top of the window are tabs click the one lable BootDisk and click Create you will be told to insert a floppy and at 20% it will ask for the Windows CD. Hope that this helps.
