How do I know if the ads really loaded? Would I be able to look in Restricted Sites? I uninstalled the old version (as requested) then just curious, I looked in the Restricted sites, then after I installed the updated version of IE-spyad, checked again, and it looked exactly the same?????

Yes, you will be able to see them in the restricted sites list. However it is a lot of websites, so your computer might freeze when you try to look at them =)
