When I click on bookmarked URL's, the pages open in small windows (Restore size). How do I get them to open Maximized? Thank you.

Just try having the window maximized when you close it. It might take a little while to kick in, but it will eventually start opening maximized. Also, if it is a shortcut to Internet Explorer:

1. Right-click the shortcut

2. Go to "Properties"

3. Under "Run", choose "Maximized"

This will end your problem immediately <_<
