
ATX v2.0 compliant PSU

Yes you will be ok with ATX v2.1 it is a newer version of a power supply that the v2.1 standard specifies must have 2 seperate 12v rails.
The somewhat older ATX v2.0 but still widely used to day has only 1 12v rail
What graghics card and what psu are you planning on, I am interested only because these newr video cards need good stable power on all the rails and I would like to make sure you are using a good name brand psu because even though the psu is v2.1 compliant doesn't mean its quality

The graphics card will be

You will be ok with that power supply but I prefer the True power line of Antec Psu's but because you get it with the case I would use it.
