Try Restoring to an earlier date. That might
Help but I just totally reinstalled Windows.
But a tech guy that I know told me that I needed
to upgrade to the update version of Internet Explorer
So you might want to update to a more up to date
Internet Explorer

Welcome kenu1 :D

I split your problem into a new topic to avoid confusion. <_<

First let's try to get you back online. Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

C:\WINDOWS\System32\wincffg.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\msb32.exe
C:\Program Files\ClearSearch\Loader.exe
C:\windows\msbb.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\mscommand.exe

Reboot your PC, and see if you can access the Internet. We still have some cleaning up to do.

It appears you may be infected with at least three viruses. I'd recommend you at least perform an online scan here: http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ or install the free AVG antivirus software and run a complete system scan: http://www.grisoft.c...s_dwnl_free.php

Next, you have a Cool Web Search infection. Download CWShredder to your desktop or other location. Close all browser windows, double click the CWShredder icon to run, then click the Fix -> button. When finished, reboot and post a fresh hijack this log.
