Hi helphelphelp!

What video card do you have installed on your system. What is the speed of your processor and how much ram do you have (Right click MY COMPUTER and select PROPERTIES, it will tell you this information under the GENERAL tab)? What version of Windows do you have installed (XP, 98, 2000)? What version of directX do you have (START-->RUN and type in dxdiag).

Also, go in the CONTROL PANEL and double-click on the SYSTEM icon and tell me if it shows what version of windows you have, your amount of ram and your processor speed under the GENERAL tab.

Click START-->CONTROL PANEL or START-->SETTINGS-->CONTROL PANEL to get into the control panel. The System Icon will say the word 'System' under it.
