AGENT-DJ and No audio [CLOSED]

I have downloaded and ran/updated Nortan, AVG, Symantec's Trojan.Vundo 1.4 fix, xoftspy, ad-aware se, Trojan Hunter and who knows what else, all in vein. Here is my HJT log, Vondofix log, and active scan log. please help me this crap sucks.

Everytime I rin killvundo.bat in safe mode it tells me the file is in use elseware and can't be removed.

Also I have no audio since this happend. All i get is like a 500hz tone (the kind you hear during POST or in the BIOS). If i try to listen to anything (ie. mp3, wav, mpeg) it tells me my audio driver is already in use. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver and even switch IRQ's, but still only "Beep"
