Despite repeated deletion and removal, The Best Offers program keeps cropping up in the C:/WINDOWS folder.

I'm currently running Mozilla Firefox on a computer with no desktop icons and no taskbar. This is the only way I can reach the internet. Every so often, for reasons I can't determine, upon restart the computer will give me the following error message:

"Explorer.exe - Application Error

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application."

I do so, and windows launces into a background with, again, no icons, no taskbar. I can run process explorer and launch mozilla, and that's how I'm online.

When the computer does not do this --- when explorer.exe initializes fine --- I can run MSN messenger, AIM, but cannot open either Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. The computer is afflicted with one adware program that I know of --- The Best Offers --- which no amount of SpyBot, McKafee, or even Norton can seem to fix.

I have to assume the problems I've got are related to this Adware --- is there any way to remove it?

So here's more if it's any help: in process explorer, I have a program called "toobes.exe" which does nothing that I'm aware of....and when I kill the process, it shuts down and opens up a new program with another random lettered .exe program. Right now it's "pwamprg.exe".

Now, all these programs are allegedly located in c:/WINDOWS/System32

But there are no such programs located in there. I dunno how the [bleep] the program does this, but it's cute.
