ISScript, malware?

Hi family, I've noticed this program/file called "ISScript" in my add/remove list. I've noticed it before but never really paid much attention. When I chose to remove it, the window comes up (as attched). When I click on Cancel (cos I don't have any CD-ROM), the program apparently uninstalls itself. But after I reboot the computer it's back again.

What is ISScript? How come it doesn't go away? Is it malware? Help plz cheers
