my computer says my media diskette is missing i do'nt have my windows 98 cd so can anyone tell me what it is thank u :tazz:

If you can enter Setup during boot, usually the esc F1 or F2 key, depending on the type of BIOS, check your boot sequence. It may be set to boot from floppy or cd-rom. If so, change it to hard drive, or disk 0. If it reverts again change the CMOS battery, about the size of a nickel and shiny stainless steel.
