Odd question but does anyone know a good FREE site that I can get some detailed criminal/other information on someone without having to pay a bunch of money, Thanks

A lot depends on what type of information and which country you come from; here, for example in Switzerland you are allowed to know if someone has any outstanding debts but that is about all you are allowed to know. Legal information regarding how you stand in view of someone, or some event too, is covered by some volentary legal organisations. No doubt in this computer age that type of information is likely to become less easy to guard though.
