RazeSpyWare (Red Screen Again)

I was reading a post on here previously about the annoying red screen and flashing black box on the desktop that wont go away. I tried everything to get rid of it :tazz:

I accidentally deleted the Win32/ System file, now when I boot up I get a blank black screen with the mouse cursor and thats it, wont start in safe mode, or any mode... its pretty tore up.... windows xp, dell..... hope someone can help
