Hard to kill pop-ups

After recently having to reinstall my system, it quickly became infected with a large heapload of spyware. Noticing the problem I quickly took steps (ad-aware + Spybot), which killed most of the spyware and had in the past always stopped any problems.

This time however something is still giving pop ups, Hijack this not being particularly helpfull as the .dll files that are probably the culprit keep coming back, the only way being to delete on reboot. Upon rebooting the file(s) that are to be deleted are gone, however after the next reboot they'll be right back and there always seem to be more problems after every reboot...

So far I've been unable to install winXP sp2 due to this spyware problem, am currently running a TrojanHunter scan (if possible I'll edit that log into here as well) and will be running Avast after rebooting. For now, the Hijack This log:

Ewido scan complete, some 247 infections found and cleaned up.

Hopefully that'll be it.
