I've got hold of a BT voyager 205 modem router and want to use it with another ISP, Zyxel if anyone has heard of them. The problem is the modem appears to be configured solely for a BT broadband accoun and I don't have the username or password of the last people to own it. Is there anyway that I can reset the router to factor settings and change the account info?

Its set like that in the factory so resetting it doesnt help. The router is locked into BT, its also complete rubbish get a new one, the 205 shouldnt be given to anybody they should be buried along side nucear waste for 10000 years until they form somekind of useful material.

Yeah, their was a good reason they left it. New ADSL routers are pretty cheap.
