I need help with making some adjustments or something that I do not understand.
When I receive emails ie; newsletters, on-line catalogs and to recoeve "more" information, instruction or go to another page I get the not available or an error message or not authorized. Checking with Verizon DSL/MSN gets me 0,cking with MSN -0, Cking with Microsoft - refers me to anyone else. ><0.
I have Windows XP Home Edition with SP2, Verizon DSL/MSN. I use the MSN for my homepage and address as MSN was what I had originally and did not want to have new address. This is something that has been going on for awhile but had worked properly for months.
I can't go to the support with Verizon because they can't download their own support program.
I just do not know where else to inquire and have looked at all sorts of settings.
