Dear helpdesk,

Since 2 days I got the Winfixer pop-ups which are of course very annoying. I did all the checks mentioned in your forum. Can you please have a look at my Hijack This log? Can you please let me know how I can get rid of these pop-ups? Many many thanks in advance!!

Dear team,

Just want to let you know that I'm absolutely not a specialist. I've run all the actions steps which were suggested by the general remarks, but I didn't succeed. Cleaned all files, repaired all files, and still I have these stupid pop-ups.

So In fact I have to lay all my trust in your hands! Many thanks in advance for trying to help me out!
