Download and unzip BFUzip from http://www.merijn.org/files/bfu.zip
Run the program and click the Web button as shown here:

Check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

Reboot into safe mode and delete:

Boot back to normal and post a new HijackThis log.

I still have a lot of popups. Ad-aware is still finding the worm but finds only 2 pieces as oppsed to 9.

Ah yes. I found your files.

They were identified as a variant of Target saver adware.
An older variant is described here:

Can you try to delete the entire C:\PROGRAM FILES\COMMON FILES\qiko folder in safe mode.

Let me know if there is any file that can't be removed.

Then run another AdAware scan and let me know if that solves it.
If it doesn't I'd like to see the AdAware log.
They are long, but it might tell me what else we need to "kill"

I ran Ad-Aware and deleted everything it found, then ran it

Now that your computer is clean it should be safe to flush those.
To do so:
- Disable System Restore
- Reboot
- Re-enable System Restore
