hijackthis 04, autoloading help

hi, there's one part i'm stuck at with hijackthis.

i have run ad-aware and spybot search & destroy [all 'cleared' but not quite so].

the most annoying was that my desktop was hijacked along with the IE startpage, but it looks ok now.

i got rid of the 01 files with hijackthis.

with the 04 autoloads, i'm not too sure which ones to delete. when i reboot some of the spyware comes back so yeah it's the 04s.
