Hi my name is Seth and i am fairly decent with computers.. except a couple of problems that i just cant put my finger on as to why they are happening

Any help would be greatly appricated.

Here is the problems as listed below:

when i do ctrl alt delete and go into processes.. often explorer.exe will be running @ 97% ( fairly new thing ) and when i kill it than restart it.. it goes back down to < 6%..

another problem i have is at times my websites will freeze up ( also fairly new ) when i go to X out of the website it goes white and says blank on the top of IE. Iexplorer.exe at these times runs @ 97-99%

Than i have problems where my start bar will just disappear.. i assume it has to deal with explorer.exe being closed down.. but i aint the one doing it..

than i have the annoying win Fixer.. and i've tryied 2-3 methods on thie website to fix that but with no avail..

Thanks for reading this over and hopifully with your help I can rid my computer of these annoying problems, or problem whatever the case may be.
