Serious Malware Problem.

I have a 2 or 3 year old dell PC, that up until today has remind virus and malware free..as far as I can tell. However, last night, i booted the PC and looked something up in google and it came back with an error message that sounded something like this "We have suspected a spyware-virus or networkinfection on your pc." and then about a paragraph later said something about recieving several em...what do ya call em..quires? (can't spell...sorry). So..ok..I enter the code and wala google. Then i go and do a few spyware scans (still yesterday). They claim they've done the job. But i still thought there was something on my system, so i went and downloaded some more virus programs. Some said I had IBIS and the risk was high. So, it's ten o' clock, and I log off. Wake up this morning, and sure enough it's still on. Good. Now, i log on to my account and the screen goes black. The PC reboots. Then I log unto my account again and everything seems normal. But when i tried accessing several programs, NONE of the like 8 i tried, were responding. Then it rebooted again. So basically, i have a burnt pc. I can't run HJT obviously, and i'm wondering if I should try running it in safe mode..just one problem, i need to download it. Will it work and download in safe mode? :tazz:

btw, i'm posting this on a laptop which works fine, so appearently my internet connection is still up and running.

UPDATE: I managed to download it in safe mode and have it scan. Here's the log: Oh..and yes...i know it's in a temp folder..
