I know others have had this problem, but i can't find the information to solve the problem by myself, so i am posting a hijackthis log like all the others have been told.

When i open the task manager i have 2 IEXPLORER.EXE's running all the time. They will not close. I use Mozilla FireFox for my browsing aswell.

Here is my hijackthis log what which came out and i saved. If this log is incorrect, let me know and ill somehow make a new one. Reason i'm saying this is because the log seems to lack some information. It's pretty small, but i dont know what they are supposed to look like, so oh well.

It won't let me add the file by the file attachment, which is a .txt document...i don't know why..? I will just post it here in text.

Do you still need assistance? If so, do this:

You must install XP SP1a http://www.microsoft...p1/default.mspx (hold off on SP2 until your computer is clean). Without SP1a, you are wide open to re-infection. When you are done, restart and run a new HijackThis scan. Post that log here.

Did you run the HijackThis scan before or after the HijackThis scan? Doesn't look right...
