Firefox spawns IE popups

Ok, I've run every manner of spyware/adware/virus removal I can find. Every single one of them come up clean (except for the usual cookies). I've pared down to only the most basic programs I need to survive. I've gone the add/remove programs and "removed" IE from the windows components list. All of this and still I get spawed IE windows whenever I surf in firefox (1.5). When one of these windows opens (every 1-3 minutes, twice while writing this!) I'll open the task manager and the popup is listed in applications, but when I right click and say "go to process" the process doesn't show up! I'm at my wits' end here. Here is my HJT log:
