Question about virtumonde

i haven't seen any signs of the dreaded winfixer yet nor the symptoms i've noticed in my past experiences with virtumonde, but my anti-virus program "deleted" a trojan simply titled "virtumonde."

i have not noticed any symptoms of infection before or after this detection, so is it likely that i have the virus, or perhaps not?

the last two times, my virus program did not catch the virus at all, even after repeated scans when i knew i had the virus. is it possible that mcafee actually caught it this time?
