a while ago, I had spyware issues and was told to reformat and reinstall windows since the viruses left my computer missing system components. When I reformat/resinstall windows I was getting Lsass.exe errors and posted a hjt log again, this time I was told to instal sp1, but when I rebooted from installing sp1, my computer freaked out, nothing worked, nothing oculd be run and the computer would randomly turn itself off, I got rid of sp1 and reformatted.reinstalled windows again and downloaded the lsass exploit patch and I'm still having some problems:

The address bar in my browser does not work, it doesn't take me anywhere. after the computer is on for a few minutes, no more processes can be run and I won't be able to use ctrl alt delete or download anything. Here's my hjt log:
