spyaxe infection

I'm another guy infected by the spyaxe/you are infected/updateyoursystem. I ran the spyaxefix program and it got rid of the popup on my toolbar, but i'm still redirected to updateyoursystem on ie and i'm still having other popups telling me to go online and buy anti-spyware stuff. any help would be great, thanks alot,
