Email virus from my pc

It appears that my pc is trying to send out Email with a virus attatchment.
I am running AVG and it says everything is clear.
OS is xp pro.

Below is a typical copy of the Email.

Help appreciated.

The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 554-': (RLY:SN) http://postmaster.in...92;nTRANSACTION FAILED'

Viruses found in the attached files.
The file 84_ttpcatrefk024_viewfromb: Virus found I-Worm/Klez. The attachment was moved to the virus vault.
