I recently had a problem with WinHound. I thought I got rid of it; but now when I open internet explorer and it goes to my homepage (Yahoo), I cannot open any of the links. When I click on them I get the standard error scene that internet explorer has encountered a problem and has to close, etc.

I can open of the links on the yahoo toolbar; and I can go to sites listed in my favorites (although once there if I click on other links it will still sometimes close.)

I've done everything suggested on your main page: Trojan Hunter, AVG, Cleanup, Spybot, etc. and although each found some infected files, the problem still exists.

Also, if this makes a difference, I downloaded firefox and if I use that browser to go to yahoo.com, all the links work with no problems. So I'm guessing this is an Internet Explorer problem; but still have no idea what caused it or how to fix it.

I would prefer to be able to use Internet Explorer if anyone can help me fix it.
