I recently got infected with spy axe and spy trooper.. I resolved the problem by reading similar posts and applying the same solution that worked for others... I regularly scan my pc with adaware se and update my definitions once a week...I was dissappointed that adaware was rendered completely useless in dealing with this problem and that my anti virus software was just as bad....What steps apart from not using my pc could I take in minimising the risk of future infection?...Is there a better anti spyware tool than adaware? Can I use any software that would block such intrusions again?
