Page File Usage Going Way Too High [RESOLVED]

Well when I restart my pc my page file is down to under 200, but as I use it the page file jumps up to well over 500. Now I'm not sure if this is normal but there are alot of programs running in the backround that I do not know what they do, if they have to do with the operation of my Dell XPS 600. Let's try disabling some programs to see if it helps:

Run a scan in HijackThis. Check each of the following if they still exist and hit 'Fix Checked' after you check the last one:

That O10 line is legitimate...it's related to your nVidia graphic card.

Your log is clean.

To help prevent future spyware installations/infections, please read the Anti-Spyware Tutorial and use the tools provided.

Are there any problems now? If not, you should be set to go.
