Infected with StealthSWs114, I guess [RESOLVED]

Good day,

My problem started with an add for spyware protection showing up with internet explorer.
I have since run spybot, Ad-aware, Ewido, TrojanHunter. I think that is all of them. So, now the internet explorer is no longer starting with the add but SpyAxe pops up at start-up along with a "Your computer is infected" pop up.

Help is appreciated! Thanks.
