Spy Axe Blues... [CLOSED]

Guys/Gals, I'm not very computer savy, but have read the posts here and elsewhere and you all seem to be the experts on how to get rid of this pest. I've loaded up every cleaner, detector that everyone calls for and run them in Safe Mode without much luck (SmitRem, SpyAxe Fix, Ad-Adware SE, CWshredder, Ewido, Panda Active Scan, etc...). When I reboot, Microsoft AntiSpyware is "catching" Spy Axe and not allowing the program to be installed but I do get the desktop icon. I also get the very irritating bubble warning in the lower right corner (tray) that says "Your computer is infected! Dangerous malware...". If it helps, I loaded a new user/profile on my computer (Ted W vs. Ted) and the new user/profile does not suffer any of the problems. Here is my HJT log...hopefully you see something obvious that can fix this.
