I had professional help from someone on the GeeksToGo crew...
and I also had assistance from Mark at http://secured2k.home.comcast.net.
He got rid of most of my issues, however I did a recent Panda Activescan and it looks like there is still remains of Virtumonde.

That's nothing to worry about. That registry entry found by Panda is now harmless. Unless you want to go through the trouble of looking for it in the registry, I suggest leaving it as is (it won't stir up any more trouble...).

Your log is clean.

To help prevent future spyware installations/infections, please read the Anti-Spyware Tutorial and use the tools provided.

Are there any problems now? If not, you should be set to go.
