Dear all at geekstogo,
I need help. I downloaded a long time ago the windows security centre which came with windows firewall. Later on I installed Zone alarm Firewall free version. I switched off the windows firewall at first but I know that I have to get rid of it completely so that my Zone Alarm firewall can be fully functional (or don't I???). However, I would like to be able to keep my windows security centre. I tried to get rid of the windows firewall but did not manage to as I am one of those people who don't know anything about computers and yet can manage my way around most of the time, but not this time. So, I would like to know if it is possible to get rid of the firewall and yet keep the windows security centre, and also, either way, how do I do it?
Thank you very much in advance for your help,
Cherry.

Hi Cherry

You do not have to uninstall windows firewall, just disable it and zone alarm will work just fine. Also windows security centre will function just the same.

Hope this helps
