lots of returning malware [RESOLVED]

Hello! So this is the frustrating situation. A bad webpage infected me earlier today with spysheriff and some other malware items, and i got rid of most of it, but a lot is still going on. Following the steps listed on geekstogo i can get rid of everything except dialers ranging from names like dial32.exe and dialer.dialplatform and such. However, once i restart, and msdos window called netsh.exe opens, and then all of the spyware and some trojans are back. So this is my hijackthis logfile after booting up and quarantining whatever pops up. Any help would be very much appreciated!!!!!
