Really annoying pop-ups [CLOSED]

Hi,

For the last week I have been trying to get rid of popups appearing every over minuet. I have tried Adaware, and many other programs but nothing has worked.

Please can u help as much as possible, as the last resort of wipeing my comp and reinstalling everything is becomeing very close.

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.

hi sorry for the slow response.

I tried to install service pack 1 you asked me to do, but when i begin to install it i get a message saying my Product Key is invalid, not sure what to do.
