I have downloaded the file a few times but it doesn't seem to resolve the problem. The scanning couldn't be completed. Halfway scanning a error message will pop up to end task. This is the LOG from the removal tool:

Symantec Trojan.Vundo Removal Tool 1.5.0
The process "explorer.exe" contained a viral thread (00000698). The thread was terminated.
The process "explorer.exe" contained a viral thread (00000704). The thread was terminated.

Anyone can help me?
