Hijacked ?

when I run Norton Anti virus ..it will run for a while..... but after a while the computer restarts.
Task manager is fluctuating wildly.
intemittent crashes.
have used spybot,adaware, microsoft,hijack this, tune up utilities, defraged to no avail.
posted hijack this log items 016 with no information after were all removed last night ...they are are back
