ccollgatee and "new folder"

I've had this problem recently. There is a lot of "New Folder"'s in my hard drive and I can't get rid of them. In the details said it's from a "ccollgatee". And because of this I can't use most of my programs. When i erase them, they come back, even in safe mode. I also ran AVG and Ewido an Adaware in safe mode and nothing happened.
