Troj/spyre, PS Gaurd, windows xp [CLOSED]

Houston, We have a problem !
I have 3 things upsetting the apple cart. Can Anyone Help ??
1; Troj/Spyre - File, F:\windows\system\spoolsrv32.exe
2; P S Gaurd - RegKey Malware, Desktop1-clsid\{357a87ed-3e5d-b334-deb7eb498:
3; Troj/Spyre - registry ValuAdware, software\microsoft\wimdows\currentversion\ri,
Says infected by, W32.NSag.A
F: sys32, wininet.dll, HGQHP.exe, CRBW32-exe
also comes up with a black screen [top] r.exe, and the crusor dances all over the thing

Computor has gone bonkers !
I can locate these but the system will not let me access and remove ??
I finally have the computor working. But, Now it keeps rebooting sparaticly ?? and I get wierd screens.
I tried in Safe Mode also. to No Availe
