issues with IE 6.0, suspect that IEhas been hijacked

noticed that I am having more and more issues when I try to click on a link in a Webpage. I seem to be able to get to a website, but when I click to browse further or to have something executed, nothing happens.

I have executed HJT and have attached the log file as recommended.
