Command Service cannot be Removed

Hi, first time poster, but I would suspect you see that a lot.

I have a browser hijack and a desktop hijack that SpyBot can identify as "Command Service" but cannot delete. It tells me it in active memory, and prompts me to run SpyBot again at startup. I do, and it still tells me these are in active memory and prompts me to restart again!
