Winhound problem

My computer was infected by Winhound. I went to control panel and unistalled the application. Now I cannot login to windows. I tells that explorer.exe could not start and all I got is a blank screen.
I tried to hit Ctrl-Alt-Del and in task manager strating new task but the result is the same.
Please advise what to do...
