My computer has a blue globe on the toolbar that continues to flash and a pop up message appears saying that malware is on the computer and then it says the following spyware needs to be installed. A link to SpyAxe. How do I get rid of this annoying pop up message that continues to appear and flash every few seconds. I have done virus scans nothing will get rid of it. email address

We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and reply here with your log.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! I will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results in this thread.

Thanks
