First time I have ever run into a problem to tricky!

1. First off IE has a forced homepage http://www.messengersite.net
2. It appears to have uninstalled Norton by it self..?
3. I can not research what the problem is on there computer. Every time I go to type anything relation to the problem, the window will close on me. I had to download hijackthis on another computer on there network them move it over to this computer. The minute I open the program… I closes on me. Also tried to install WinAntiSpyware and same thing.. closes on me in the install. Also could not even run regedit… would close.

I am in safemode with networking right now, here is my log from within that.
